Anime AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Anime AI at anime-ai.run you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Anime AI.
3. Fictional characters
All Anime AI companions are fictional adult characters. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
5. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
6. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Anime AI for private, non-commercial purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Anime AI for unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent purposes.
8. Prohibited content
You may not request or share content involving minors, non-consent, real people without permission, or anything illegal.
9. No misuse
You may not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
10. Generated content
Responses and images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not rely on them as professional advice.
11. Not a substitute for help
Anime AI is entertainment and companionship. It is not a medical, psychological, legal or financial service.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to process it to operate and improve the service.
13. Our content
The Anime AI name, design, characters and artwork belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.
14. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and included features are shown before you purchase.
15. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account settings.
16. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may review requests case by case.
17. Virtual items
Credits or tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as described at purchase.
18. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features, characters or plans at any time.
19. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without prior notice where necessary.
20. Termination by you
You may stop using Anime AI and delete your account at any time.
21. Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party providers. Their terms may also apply.
22. Disclaimer
Anime AI is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
24. Indemnity
You agree to hold Anime AI harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
25. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
27. Disputes
Before any formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts stay in full effect.
29. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
